Well, this didn't happen today, but on the weekend.
My grandparents had a number of people arrive for the afternoon, and a 17 year old guy had tagged along with his parents. His mother had asked him to go back to the car and collect some bakery stuff from there. Anyway, I was looking out the window and I saw him head to the car and then I also saw him walk back. Everyone was chatting and so no one else really noticed.
But then I couldn't work out where he had gone.
I think it was gram who first mentioned that he hadn't arrived back, and so she went out the back, and here the poor guy was, in a battle with that blasted cockatoo that I've mentioned before.
For those who don't know, my grandma was given a cockatoo to look after. He can't fly, but he's let out of the cage every day until night time and just wanders about the farm doing whatever he wants to do, usually being frustrating and annoying and getting in the way.
For some strange reason, Cocky can be as nice as anything to a visitor and on other days he can be a real evil thing and will do everything possible to try and bite someone.
This poor kid couldn't get inside because he had his arms full of bakery goods and the cocky was guarding the door. Apparently the cocky had chased him down the ramp into the carport, and was guarding the entrance.
For the entire time afterwards, the kid didn't say much, but everyone else got a laugh out of it. I guess it's hard to yell out for help when you need help to deal with a crippled bird. _________________

Nice to know I still have some femaleness in me even though I often thought I was meant to be a man. I was from an area where women shouldn't be doing technical stuff because we meant to be some dumbed people who should only be going to tafe and do "female things". So occasionally I still think I should be a man, damn you head!!!
I had coffee to go from my local cafe and they have sponsored coffee cups and this time it was sponsored by Extra Chewing Gum and had a face of this coffee cup from the Extra ad
I found it to be so cute after drinking I washed the cup and keep it in a little area dedicated for cute things.
My supervisor spotted me placing the cup there and laughed. Then he told me about this theory he read that females are made to love cute things so that when they have a baby, they will think the baby is cute and will be more willing to raise the kid. This made my day, there is a female in me after all!!! Since then (this arvo), I called the area with cute things "cute things shrine" (I know, unprofessional but meh) and is no longer ashamed of having cute things at work.
The other cute thing was a chicobo, which my supervisor calls it a duck. It's not a duck!!! _________________ "Work hard now, play even harder later"

Valve.
Seriously. Tf2 has had so many updates since it came out, new maps, new content and patches and you know what? FOR FREE.
The game itself you can get for like $20 usd now, or orange box for $30 usd.
Today I open up steam and turns out there are new spots for the CSS beta. I'm not a huge fan of cs, but to see they've gone back to a fan favourite and added a whole bunch of updates is always good. ALSO FREE I might add.
Whereas Mw2 expects me to fork out $79 for the pc version, then another $15 for a map pack, some of which are recycled and wont even let me CHOOSE which server to play on.
GO VALVE YOU GOOD THING GO! _________________

To preface this post, yes I am a loser.
But also, kickin' it back to the early 2000's, guess who found a google whack! Hells yeahhhh.
And there's my proof.
Bet you wish you were a lemniscatic scallywag. And now it is no longer a google whack! Bahahahahaha!!
Edit: So apparently it still only yields one result. Google's ubiquitous spider search drones are yet to oscillate across PALGN once more. _________________

Let's just say it rhymes with "blad blex blor the blirst blime". It was awkward, nerve racking and in the end, fairly disappointing. I give it 3/5 stars. _________________

My mate's son.
Their dog was licking himself and I said to him; "Look Elijah, Mickey is licking his weiner."
He laughed and said; "Haha, weiner! ...what's a weiner? You mean his doodle?" _________________

Skinner: Whoever did this is in very deep trouble.
Martin: And a sloppy speller, too. The preferred spelling of `weiner' is W-<I>-<E>-N-E-R,although E-I is an acceptable ethnic variant.
Skinner: Good point. _________________

Just ended up fixing the other computer wireless connection after working on it for an hour and a half; and the weird part is, I have no idea how I did it cause it just randomly worked after a week of mucking up.
Now to get some rest. _________________ Currently Playing : Atelier Iris 2 (PS2), Xenoblade Chronicles (Wii), Legend of Heroes : Trails of the Sky (PSP), 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors (DS) and Final Fantasy XIII (PS3)

Yup, I have the E and I the wrong way around.
But at least I would spray paint a better picture of Skinner. _________________

Pissing myself laughing at the moment.
Random girl on my msn reads my personal message which is "I hate Terran". Clearly a Starcraft thing. She messages me with:
Her:
hi!
the terran was yesterday on the news, right?
they're dressed so weird! their faces are hided and all that. bleh!
Me:
the terran were on the news?
I have, NO idea what she is talking about; but apparently even the news knows about the terrans in starcraft. _________________
