Does sound good, however I dont want it to feel like Gears of War with a Transformers skin on it.

Well, from what High Moon has said, there it's not a cover based shooter and that there is no real cover in the game. So from that fact alone it shouldn't feel like Gears.

I've been playing this game for a little while now, and its actually fun, as for the gears comment, its using the unreal engine just like gears, so that's why it probably has the same smell. In the end it works quite well, I'm enjoying it.
