This is all sounding promising..
Hopefully they'll also include the option to download the custom levels like the PSP version. That's one little gameplay addition that I think was seriously overlooked by people when brushing off the handheld version as the poor cousin to the PS3 LBP..

Wow, that sounds awesome. It's everything I hoped for, with all DLC and custom levels carrying over, and (by the sounds of it) much better creation tools. Can't wait to see what it's like, hopefully at E3.

cut-scenes / short-films would be very fun to play around with. I can picture Zelda-like back-and-forths between a silent sackboy and a wise owl, tilting its head around, like OoT. There is definite room for improvement in text-based discussion in LBP. It was clearly designed so that a creature is meant to speak once and then move on.
racing, puzzle, role-play and strategy games is where I stop being able to picture how this game will work. I am very excited for it though.

Sounds interesting. You know, I never played LBP, is it worth a pickup?

This is a must buy on release. I still can't emphasise enough how LBP is one of the greatest games in history.

Try.
Loved the first one, Kinda hope they make the costume packs compatible with the next game. _________________

In the heap of information provided in the post, it mentions that all costumes and stuff will be compatible for LBP2.
Which is good, because when the DLC was first coming out, I bought too much of it.
EDIT: I suppose we all believed the post anyway, but just incase the skeptics that are out there still have doubts...

Really need to learn to read a article thoroughly. Not the first time I've typed something like that, and i bet it won't be the last. _________________

Did the "Game of the Year Edition" of Little Big Planet 1 ever get an Australian release? Can't seem to find it anywhere.

This sounds awesome. I have only being playing LBP for about a month so far and i'm loving it. I've acctually spent most of the weekend putting the final touches on my first level (It's based on 'you have to burn the rope'). If all LBP2 does is improve my ability to build (I have found the building controls to be rather frustrating at times) then i'll be a happy camper. Also, it would be good to have a place to create and build objects separate from a level, allowing you to rotate and zoom on the object rather than just tilting the gameplay cammera. _________________
