The problem with Guerrilla was not the dusty cyclic environment (although some variety would be nice), no, it was the repetitive mission structure. The game started out awesome but by half way through you had more or less seen and done everything. If they repeat this with the next iteration then I fear that this issue may be compounded even more and faster than that in the original.

^ Well put. That's my concern also. Let's also hope they include more Mechs/Walkers in this one, they were awesome! _________________

The repetitive was really bad in this game but i think if they had a point like for example a rpg element to it they wouldn't have been so bad. Granted its good unlocking more weapons but yeah i will be checking this game out. _________________

I only recently got RFG, but from what I've played so far, it is really fun. I can see how it will get repetitive though. I agree with Cyph here too, the dusty environment could use a bit more variety, but it isn't really the problem.
But smashing stuff is always good fun

Yep, at first RFG was brilliant but then the repetitiveness set in
I hope having a break from the game for a while might bring back its spark allowing me to finish it.
The setting of the game is fine, just add more variety _________________
