We have a client at work called Wayne Blow. Luckily one of the techs had to go out and do the "Wayne Blow" job.

So I decided to go a bit insane and test my 24" and 22" monitors together. Because my card is pretty new, it also happens to support Eyefinity, which allows me to combine both screens and use it as 'one'.

So with that, the first game I take screens of is Crysis. This is what I see, at a resolution of 3360x1050.

For my 21st, I've asked for another 22". So 3 screen insanity.

I seriouslly cannot wait icon_twisted.gif

Had Friday night drinks at work, then hit it off at Swanston Street with three other colleagues in Melbourne to see what shows were on at the Comedy Festival.

Whilst we were looking at the schedule to see what shows were on a lady walked to the four us and presented three tickets to see Sammy J and Randy for free at the Vic Hotel. Sweet, except we needed to buy one more ticket, which we did when we arrived at the Vic Hotel.

We got there a little late although the show was pretty good. The show was freakishly coincidental though to our life. It was about tax auditing / accounting, and we all work as accountants. The thing that made it freakishly coincidental though was that they played a game of 'chebbles' (A mix of chess and scrabble) and one of my colleagues who just recently left and moved to Newcastle and myself played against each other in chess during lunch. After the show we all noticed the similarities and how weird it was that we got free tickets to see 'accountants' playing 'chebbles'. Just really freaky.

All in all, Sammy J and Randy put up a pretty good show and its worth a watch if you're looking for a good laugh at the comedy festival in Melbourne. Had a great night with them icon_smile.gif.

Seeing Between the Buried and Me supported by Sydonia... I'm still pumped!

Oh and work got in a copy of one of the greatest cartoons EVER. It will be mine on Sunday.

I'm pretty sure verv took some snaps, I never photograph stuff.

Oh, and Selkies: The Endless Obsession was as amazing live as I'd always imagined it to be. That and Sydonia's new stuff is ******* ace, I'm hoping they spit out a new album this year.

As an aside for Denny, with a res like that does it just make your "eyes" really wide, or does the image actually wrap around a bit? Because that would be awesome, set the screens up on angles and you've got full spectrum of vision.

A friend organised a group of friends for beers tonight. I thought this was just for the hell of it, but turns out he organised it for me. I love my good friends.

Radeon HD5850.

Mind you, Crysis wasn't exactly 'playable'. But with some tweaks I can make it happen.

Thank you for the clarification and extra hair photo. Looks like you have some brutal trucker's arm going on, though.

Dead Weather live at the Enmore last night. Hell yes.
Absolutely amazing concert, the most incredible atmosphere and music. I can't wait for Sea Of Cowards.

Edit: In relation the post beneath this one. Dead Weather > Lady Gaga.

Lady Gaga in concert last night was amazing!! Probably the best concert I have been too. Her set-pieces were great, she sounded so good live, and she obviously loves being on stage in front of her fans..

I only wish I had been closer to the stage but at the same time I would hate to be down on the floor.. even though I got up to dance through most of the songs I wouldn't want to stand up the whole time and it looks so cramped down there with everyone pushing to get closer.
