I remember Independence FM making an appearance in GTAIV, though I could never get it to work properly. Either way, just purchased this, and am keen to see if they've managed to produce a game worth significant time/effort for the iPhone.

I tried the DS version and have the PSP version. This one is somewhere in between in terms of graphics but nowhere near either in gameplay.
Virtual d-pads and buttons simply aren't a decent substitute for the real thing.
So as with all games on iPod/iPhone that use this control method, GTA makes the PSP and DS look like real gaming consoles and Apple's gagdet remain perfect for simple touch based games and not 'proper' games. _________________ My YouTube game videos!

If Apple is serious about iPod Touch/iPhone, I say they need to add an attachment so I could get a better grip on the device! , like a grip attachment. Every time I game on it for a long period of time, I could feel my hands getting sore. My poor poor knuckles. _________________ "Work hard now, play even harder later"

Ipod games can be great when they take advantage of the medium by using properly designed touch controls. Ports with these 'touch dpads' etc. always feel lacking. There is nothing more frustrating than battling against the controls (or a game with a control scheme that necissitates you cover up the action with your fingers!)
For a well designed Iphone game, I recommend 'Spider: The Secret of Bryce Manor', a great example of how touch controls can work really well and the Iphone can be a viable gaming platform. _________________ http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197997175012
