The laptop. New theme. It's ridiculously minimalist, at least compared to what I usually run.. and actually hard to use with the trackpoint/touchpad. But damn, it looks good enough for me to persevere. Open window so you can see (and so I can cover the mess on my desktop). _________________

Just upgraded to 7 for $64. So worth it.
Nothing special on my PC laptop, except for one epic wallpaper.

Found myself a new wallpaper and re-organised my rainmeter widgets a little... I really love that clock I found with the circle that fills up as the seconds tick by

Our dynamic wallpapers are accomplished through the use of an app called Rainmeter - completely free and lightweight widget app... sorta like microsoft's gadgets/sidebar for 7/vista, but much cooler and infinitely customisable. Highly recommend it. I like your wallpaper too PixieGirl. Cool art style. I approve. _________________

Its fairly easy really, places like deviantart and the rainmeter websites forum have themes for you to download, they'll probably be in zip or rar form, so just download them and extract them to the rainmeter/skins folder in your documents folder another favourite place of mine for rainmeter skins (and other cool cutomisation stuff): http://customize.org/ _________________

In the end I only bothered with one little tool that acts as a mini-Winamp in the corner
I think I just like my desktop to be nice and neat!!
and I am Gaga mad at the moment in case anyone hadn't noticed. _________________

As much as I liked my old desktop... I was growing bored of it, so hunted down another new rainmeter theme and wallpaper:
Kinda like the cleaner, less cluttered look of this setup - totally know what you mean about nice and neat PixieGirl Seeing your screenshot makes me want to go back to Winamp just so I can use the Winamp rainmeter skins... _________________

Mr Jellyfish said not to Hackintosh my desktop computer so I found renewed interest in doing just that. So OS X is.. well, it's alright. _________________
