can you suggest me any good MMO that is not an RPG-like theme?
maybe a Dancing-MMO, Racing-MMO, or whatever...
i'm getting tired of MMORPGs.. maybe it's time for me to play some casual games before i totally quit from playing MMORPGs..

lol Everytime I see the word MMORPG I think of Yahtzee saying "Ma-Mor-Pah-Ge".
Take a break of MMOs? I still play WoW, however I try to play it weekends only (mainly for study reasons) to play my other games, CoD and Company of heroes are what I normally play other than WoW. _________________ xfire = andylulz

Just surfing for racing game and I bumped on this site.
http://ctr.gamenetworks.com
I have registered and tried to play it. And it’s good. Although the game is quite old and the graphics are a bit sucky, I find the game play is so smooth much like of a GT or NFS game.
One addition to this game is the drifting tracks which similar to the popular car racing anime Initial D! The tracks of Myogi, Irohazaka, Akagi, Usui, etc. excite me a lot. The tuning system of the game is balanced and almost real. So if you’re a racing fanatic or just started to become a racing fanatic, you’ll like this one. There are also lots of game modes so you won’t bore that much while driving or racing. There’s a time attack mode, a bounty-hunting mode where you will the police and chase other players, and of course, the races.

If you want to try some racing games for PC that are really good I'd recommend GRID or the new NFS: Shift. If you want something MMO like but not I heartily recommend monster hunter on the PSP

I will never play an mmo again. Too many times my time invested has been wasted as "new game experiences" (UO / SW galaxies) and server shut-downs (hellgate / tabula rasa) have undone the games I've loved. I'll be staying with offline / lan co-op RPGS where the system I enjoy will not be changed and I can drop into the worlds as I please. _________________

i've tried this game for a few days and here's my personal view regarding it...
CTRacer Global
Realistic racing simulation as its best!
• The field is almost real; imitating the streets of Japan, South Korea and China.
• The car functions are somewhat balanced and it has a very nice tuning system.
• I love their balanced tuning system. Realistic speed simulation FTW!
• The game graphics is not much of an eye-candy but, the game play is simply awesome!
The community…
• Like other games as usual, this game have player transactions and messaging features like chat, whisper, etc.
With mix of a RPG...
• CTRacer is somewhat different from other racing games.
• It is a part RPG, and a part racing game.
• And there is no set path to follow; you can choose to complete quests/missions, race with other players, or just drive around and explore the world of CTRacer.
Tuning System
• The game’s tuning system is almost similar to real life vehicles
• This game offers a simple interface for car parts navigation and tuning.
• If you got tired of your car parts, you can always buy it from the Lobby or Community Café.
The races…
• Basic game mode of a racing game. It is a Classic racing game with all the options.
Other Game Modes
• Championship Race: It’s like a real rally racing.
• Time Attack/Downhill-Challenge: Initial D!!!!!!
• Bounty-hunting: You can play as the hunter (Police) or the hunted. Of course, try not to get busted if you chose to be the runner.
• Main Field Races: Race against an opponent to win or lose a large number of prestige points. Of course just like the normal car racing, betting is included.
Driving Skillzzzzzzzz
• Another interesting part of CTRacer is the fact that you can actually configure your car to use manual transmission, which adds an entirely new challenge to the game. Automatic transmission is of course easier, but if used properly, Manual Transmission can actually give you better speed and acceleration. The game also feels very functional and responsive. Game play is smooth and requires a lot of skill; you can’t just rely on better items to help you. The player that has the mad skillz will win.
• Another one is when your car hit a wall or something, there’s a damage bar that slows down your car.
Show-off
• Where are the racers separated from the drivers? It’s in the turns. Simple controls make CTRacer easy to learn, but its sensitive drifting system keeps players training to master all the sharp corners.
Guild feature..
• Allots pages for respective guilds or links to existing pages with connection to the game’s official website.
• The site provides easy searching functions for beginners to look for guilds to match their tastes
• The game provides particular emblems/logos and territories/realms for each guild.
whew… I’ve had enough… such a long post... ^_^
