Pretty sure demos go up randomly so im not too sure myself.
For anyone curious:
"The new demo lets you get behind the wheel of five of the world’s most amazing cars on the full circuit of the game’s Camino Viejo track. The demo includes five playable cars:
2007 Porsche #80 Flying Lizard 911 GT3-RSR
2010 Audi R8 5.2 FSI quattro
2009 Ferrari California
2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X GSR
2009 Mini John Cooper Works
You will be able to drive all of the cars in the demo in full ***-pit view as well as experience damage, rollover and try out the game’s new rewind feature as you take turns on a beautiful Spanish mountain course inspired by the Montserrat region just outside of Barcelona, Spain. When logged into Xbox LIVE, the demo will also support official leaderboards for lap times, giving you a further taste of what players will experience in “Forza Motorsport 3.”

Cool demo. Wish there were more tracks, but at least there are a few cars. I found the Mini one of the more fun cars to drive actually.

Pretty sure you can't use a 48hr trial to make use of gold exclusive features anymore 
And you acn only make 3 gold accounts per xbox, then its boring old silver.
Lots of mixed opinions about this on various forums, saying "the graphics are no where near as good as the trailers" etc etc.
Guess ill just have to try it out when i make room on my hdd

I don't like how the immersion is destroyed when you're using the dash cam and try looking at the car beside you only to find the camera switches to an external 1st-person side view.
Must be to keep the framerate solid and it's something I'll learn to live with, but it was a bit of a let-down when it first happened, and gives the impression that the in-car view was just tacked on.
The graphics are as nice as I recall seeing in the e3 vids. With the framerate being a smooth and buttery constant 60fps though, it's inevitable that naysayers are gonna call shenanigans.

Yeah, I wanted to look in the rear view mirror, so moved the right stick slightly over, only for it to do that stupid side view thing. Wish you could actually move your head around to look.

Yesterday I noticed for a second that the driver's hands weren't moving from the wheel during gear changes and thought "must be using a paddle shift" and forgot about it. I've since read that there just aren't any gear shift animations for the drivers in the game.
A big WTF?? to that I reckon.

I found out you can move your head. Just move the right stick up, then slightly to the left or right to turn your head. And it seems like he should turn the wheel more than he does.

The drift mode in the demo is pretty damn hard to get to, it seems you have to go to leaderboards, hit right on the DPad then A or something at the top of the list.
So painful. >_>

Nope they said it wont be added and really doesn't bother me if you're gonna have a cry about that then you really are trying to find something wrong with the game.

You mean doesnt move enough yeah? his hands barely move but again it doesnt affect the game so i dont care.
Overall im happy with the game yes it doesnt look as good as i thought it would but GT5 can have its graphics when forza drives way better.

It annoys me that stuff like that isn't in. He should turn the wheel more for sharper turns, he should change the gear stick to change gears. Hell, I hate when there isn't a proper animation for aiming down the sights, like in MAG. But other than that it is pretty good.
