Perfect Dark on XBLA running 1080p coming this winter

I loved the game on the N64, enjoy the free theme (I'm using it). If I have spare MSP lying around, It'll be an insta-buy.

Confirmed online will be excellent.

I'll be playing quite a bit of this with PALGNers come release...

Combat knife, 2x Falcon Silenced, DY-357, Tranquilliser, Remote mine, Laptop Gun, Devastator, Reaper.

Warehouse.

Ain't nothin like covering the hovercrate with mines and a Laptop Gun, then pushing it into the main area where your friend is waiting for you ;D

Anyone got a slightly more refined ETA for this game other than "winter" and is that northern hemisphere or southern?

Niceness. I wasn't sure how much they'd upgrade the graphics, and it's enough to make this a definite purchase

This is probably my favourite announcement to have been made around E3. Loved the original, the above screens showing the updated visuals look great, and can't wait to be hitting up the online with this one! Should sell a ton!

Joanna Dark

Jonathan

Daniel Carrington

Trent Easton

Ambitious and unscrupulous head of the NSA, he is nevertheless a career bureaucrat bound by procedure. Only severe personal threat would induce him to use violence to get his way. He is a close acquaintance of Cassandra De Vries; unsurprisingly, most of his policies have been beneficial to dataDyne Corp.

Mr. Blonde

As far as government records are concerned, this individual does not exist. He is the third member of the possible conspiracy that includes Cassandra De Vries and Trent Easton, though his place in the group dynamic is unclear; it is supposed that De Vries is the nominal leader. Assumed dangerous.

Hw does this game compare with Perfect Dark Zero in terms of gameplay and graphics?

I playeD PDZ for less than 30mins and felt thAT it was not thAt great. Will give it another shot once i Have the time.

The new models for the Skedar and the other aliens look awesome... I wish they had have changed the font for the ammo though. Nitpicking, but its totally Times New Roman or something.

Anyway, make this come out already I'm dying to play it, and have been since I foolishly sold the original in 2002. Argh!

I wanna do me that airport level in 2:11 on Special Agent to unlock Infinite Ammo, No Reloads. That was the highpoint of my gaming life XD

Are they redoing the voice acting for this game? I know the sound quality on the original was bad (maybe they'll have uncompressed copies stored somewhere at Rare), but I'm kind of hoping they don't touch it... it would ruin it a little, especially if they act as awfully as in Zero
