I actually thought given the resolution of the Wii and the capabilities of the wiimote that they did a pretty good job. The only reason I don't use it is because I have no reason to browse the net on my tv.

It was something I never would of paid money for as it was not a necesity.
Even if it is free, I will probably hardly use it as I have a HTPC that is on all the time aswell.
However, good on Nintendo for offering a free NES game. Though its not like they are going to much trouble as it doesnt cost them anything for you to download it.

I never understood why, but I always had the browser for free.
I downloaded it during its free trial period and when that ended it just stayed on as if I had bought it.
So this news isn't very exciting for me unless I can somehow manage to redeem a free game out of it.

I can't remember if I got it free or if I paid for it. I imagine I got it free, but otherwise, free NES game!
Although it's not really free. More like an Exchange on a faulty product, except you get to keep the faulty product.

Awesome! Will grab a game in a few minutes. Been using my Wii browser for the last week or more to access email etc as my PC was. I saw the blue ligh come on the other day but didn't know it was a new update until I read this.
