try format it - don't want to seem like an ass but i take it youv checked on your PC if the data is there or not ? also rule of the thumb never format with your PC if you plan to use it in your PSP tho in this case it may be the best bet, try HN or office works

$39 at JB by the looks of things from their site. I'm certain you will find it cheaper elsewhere though.

Check there for your nearest store and buy away, you aren't likely to find cheaper other than Ebay, and then you run the risk of a dodge card.

yeah yeah done all that, essentially I can't download or transfer anything to the PSP.
and yeah I bought my last card off ebay so im wanting a retail one.
thanks for the MSY link.... but my nearest is too far away.
but sadly it looks like JB are the cheapest... damn they are expensive!

If you don't care about having official name brand products. Those non-name brand sticks from dealextreme work just fine. The only thing is that the write speed is slower.
