$400 - that was what the conversion was when Wii and original PSP came out @ USD $250. BTW domislong - awesome avatar.

I think $399.95 is what we will see. Unfortunately. _________________

I think the price would've been the only thing saving this from everyday consumer shunning, so I'll eat my non-existent hat if this sells by the truckloads.

I'm another in the boat that it'll cost ~$400Au sadly.
Wouldn't mind picking it up once the prices comes down a bit though.

I'm with you on this one - I love the idea (don't like the design though) and I love new toys (especially hand held ones) but I just hate the fact that it looks like I would HAVE to keep my PSP for older games (or re-buy them?) so I guess I'll stick to my PSP slim until more details come out! Still... I do want one _________________

if i have money at the time of release deffinetly getting it. dont care about my old umd games, i probably wont play them again anyway, still keeping my psp 1000 anyway its just got battery problems and its a bit big and heavy to carry around in the pocket.
so yeh im looking forward to it when it comes out, $400 not to bad, im sure i could think of worse things for me to spend my money on, which i have been doing for the last 6 months anyway. _________________

I was pretty skepticle about it. But when they started holding it out and waving it about, I actually want one now. My UMDs would be completely useless though... I'm sure Sony will have something up their sleeves to solve this issue. (Like a $120 UMD conversion unit... I would kill them if they did that). There's no way in hell I'm re-buying them.

I would love to have them produce a converter to download UMD games from your library into the PSPGo, I'll be picking one up on release just had wished it was touchscreen to save me having to open when I was wanting to navigate the menu to listen to music/movies. _________________

I still want tangible games, so the PSP GO! just isn't for me.
Kaz gave me a happy when he stated that all* games released digitally for PSP will also be available on UMD. Good. Phew.
*Slightly sceptical about all, but we shall see. _________________

I don't have a PSP, but considering getting one now there are some more good games coming out soon.
Going to wait until Oct, but I really dont know whether to get PSP3000 or PSPGo.
My main problem with the PSP Go - im assuming you will be forced to buy games through PSN store, so forced to pay their prices, rather than having a choice of stores to buy games from.
Also the fact the screen is smaller - I know the whole thing is smaller, but the bigger the screen the better imo. Id also need to try one to see how comfortable it is to hold compared to a 3000. _________________ XBL/PSN/Steam: BenC82
