Well, I was going to hold my tounge for fears of being called an idiot myself but this woman certainly doesn't seem to be very intelligent. In her defence though, I think most of this could be the shock + alcohol talking... more thinking about why a reputable "news" source would use this type of footage when it doesn't really give any kind of supplement to any report it may have aired with.

Allthough I must admit I couldn't help but snicker a little at the Glock 9 guy

Just to be clear that footage is labelled as Raw footage, as are a lot of the videos on ninemsn. They just show raw footage of what was filmed, no fancy editing or reports, just some of what was filmed at the scene to accompany the article.

I found the glock guy pretty funny though, and the "He's seen enough" drunk guy. I guess what I'm getting at is, I lol'd.

I've always thought of 'wog' as one of those grey area remarks.Some words, for one reason or another, we KNOW are bad (n word) but others, like skip, yank, pom seem to get the green light.

I've always put wog in the latter category-it's really about how it's used imo.

Generally, words(err....adjectives right?) before 'wog' would tend to identify if it were used in a derogatory way (stupid wog, ugly wog etc).I mean, pop culture has itself to blame if wog is black listed, i vaguely remember a movie involving a boy of self admitted wogish descent, so.....you know, as far as im concerned, it's either off lomits or it's not, none of this 'halfsie' bs(like how rappers drop the n bomb every second word in a song just cause their black).

But hey thats my opinion, and ive come to learn that generally means im wrong.

ANYWAYS.The vids a crack up.Period.It'll blow over in less then a week though so she better ink some deals fast if she wants to make a quick buck out of her new found fickle fame.

I thought she was doing that as more of a drunk dare/joke, rather than "true" hate racism. Offcourse the biggest joke is ninemsn trying to pass any of that of as a recount of events, and I can see that as the funny part. If it was on youtube or something, then I probably wouldn't have cared less.
