I bought the first game when it was on sale on Steam, but I never play it. And the Steam version sucks! It isn't patched to the latest version so good luck finding an online game.

STALKER has multiplayer? I thought everyone played it to explore the Zone.

I'd play it for the free roam fps/rpg gameplay, but I wouldn't mind trying out the multiplayer.

I have a huge soft spot for the two Stalker games. They have a wealth of game breaking bugs and clumsy gameplay mechanics, but they create such a vivid and memorable atmosphere.
I look at a lot of the building / structure modelling in both the original and the expansion and the developers did such an amazing job of making it look real. Even more modern games with superior engines I don't feel really wins out.
I'll bite with this one. Clear Sky is a whole lot more fun with the latest patches though. The game shipped with literally game breaking random bugs.

This isn't an expansion, really. It's a sequel.
But i'm really really looking forward to this. I'm going to have to play through the first two.
