That is if I'm discussing the latest chapter of One Piece, I will have it as the following:

Just got the 2D side story to Kung Fu Panda, probbably some of the most gorgeous 2D animation I've seen in a long time.

Saw some screens of an awesome French cartoon about car/robots battaling eachother using basketball. Didn't get the name of it but am trying to hunt it down.

[EDIT] Basquash Hell yeah that looks awesome.

My friend just recently got me into Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. She told me that i should see it one day, so i decided to check it out and finished the entire series only a few days later that it was so addictive.

It was a really awsome anime and since madman have just announced that they will be releasing it here on DVD soon i can't wait to get it. I recommend it to anyone who likes animes with giant (and i mean giant) mecha and even those who don't like it, just see the first episode and who knows you might like it.

I'm watching three series at the moment, Bleach, One Piece (I'm up to ep 302) and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I've taken a long break from Naruto due to the large amount of filler recently, but will return to it once it passes.

At the moment I'm trying to get through Code Geass and Elfen Lied, but I've only seen the first episode of each icon_sad.gif I'm finding it hard to find time to watch it, plus when I do have the time, I'd rather be doing other things.

The only 2 anime i watch each week are Bleach and Naruto but they both have decided to go into filler so none atm. Bleach was getting so good and fillers start it really pisses me off..... I need to find some other good anime i reckon.

Finishing off Soul Eater atm (great series!). I named my cat after Maka.

Grabbed Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, interested to see what they do with this? Is it a series reboot?

Have about 10 eps of One Piece to catch up on. It's not filler so I really should catch up. Also have a good chunk of Vampire Knight Guilty to catch up on.

Naruto and Bleach are both on fillers so I won't be watching either of them until the main story returns. Naruto is driving me nuts, I can't believe they are having almost a season of filler. I also HATE the fact they put filler in the main eps as well to pad it out. There is no need because the anime is 90+ chapters behind the manga!

Btw, anyone looking for a cool anime check out Kuro Sh!tsuji.

^ Gross. I HATED Darker then Black. So try hard and with no real story. They have such lame powers and the main character is so dull.

Great animation though.

The new Fullmetal Alchemist series is a remake, but closer to the manga this time (think the Hellsing OVA)

also it's supposed to go up on the madman website, so I might just wait and watch it there.

It's sort of a mix between a remake and a reboot really. On the one hand, they're starting again from the very start of the same story, so it's a remake. On the other hand, the remake is going to be drastically different to the original anime series since the first series was about 50% made up by the writers. That makes it more like a reboot, as much of what was established in the first series will be thrown out the window (such as Homunculi being created by failed human transmutations). As for what we've seen of Brotherhood so far, the first episode was completely different to that of the first series.

Who else watched the first episode of FMA: Brotherhood at Supanova? Besides all the fangirls screaming at just about every character appearing on screen, i thought it was good.

Fangirls are just fanboys mixed with banshees.

And damn, Vic Mignogna (voice actor from the original series) has a hot wife/girlfriend icon_biggrin.gif

EDIT: Madman's Screening Room + has launched, where you can view the 1st episodes of FMA: Brotherhood, Devil May Cry, Black Blood Brothers, Darker Than Black, and School Rumble.

Isn't this a double up seeing as we already have a "what are you watching" thread and a "movies" thread.

I know Animists (yes, I just made up a word) like their seclusion from the rest of society, because everything Western is the devil and we all want to slit our wrists for not being born japanese, but is this really necessary?

Currently watching Death Note, Code Geass and just now watch FMA on the Madman site.

Also re-watching DBZ via the new DB Kai series too.

Galaxy Angel For the win!
I just found out that disc 3 of my boxset has the disc of GA-Z (the second season) instead. Unfortunately I bought it like a year ago. This is the second time this has happened to me (once got the third disc of a show instead of the first disc).
Sad face.
