I cant get the dang game to work

I d/l the .dll file and installed it... but it still doesn't work. When I try to open the .gam file with $poon.exe the game window flashes up for about a second and is then replaced with a message from 'GameFactory'.

Sorry, I can't help, I really don't know what's wrong

Unless.. you aren't dragging $poon.gam onto $poon.exe are you? You just need to run the exe file.... other than that, I don't know what could be wrong. Sorry.

Well, it's not legal, anyway.
There was a little glitch in the program that sort of gives away part of the code (the 'score' part). It's been mentioned in this topic already (won't tell you where). The console part is also probably easy to hack. The authentication part is nice and safe, though.

Time's Out.
$p5 is awarded to Bane.
$p2 is awarded in Sympathy Spoons to Artificial_Stupidity, since he was so close for ages and then was beaten at the last minute.
$p1 would have been awarded to Cerebral_Assassin101 for trying, but he mocked my 'feeling sorry for someone' bit so he gets nothing

Hope everyone who played the game, even if they didn't submit scores, had fun. This thread will now be used for arguing about $poon allocations, the authenticity of Bane's score, and suggestions for the next game.

And I was kidding about Cerebral getting nothing.

I'm 100% serious that that score is real. My hacked score was 90k I think, but then I got bored and quit. The only reason I got that high is because the little virii seemed to not pay any attention to me for quite some time (until I was up near 25k) and then they started coming at me at a very slow pace. Fun fun fun.
