I MUCH prefer the Japanese song and voices. Ken sounds heaps better. His Ultra ORA ORA ORAAAAAA!!! is awesome.
I'm postitive the level under the bridge's music is from No More Heroes.
Does anybody know if you can unlock a sound check? I'd really like to listen to some of the old remixes that you only get on the rival fights. _________________ Shin J Leon.

the Official Street Fighter IV OST is released tomorrow (25th Feb) in Japan.
It's funny how game music J-rock sounds better than regular game music rock.... It's better to not know what they are singing.
the Lyrics aren't even same between the 2 songs. Japanese song is "THE NEXT DOOR", while the English song is "INDESTRUCTIBLE"

Probably my fave aspect of the whole game. It's used so sparringly that when you hear them (very good remixes of the background music from the World Warrior/The New Challengers) it's nostalgia at it's best. I just LOVE Blanka's and Sagats. Don't think i've heard Ken's yet but that's another one of my faves. I think you hear them all some very faintly in all the anime cutscenes before/after. I so wish for a BGM select cuz that would absolutely blow my mind.
As far as I know almost all the games have had some soft of sound test, either hidden or unlockable so if it isn't in this one it'll get added.
Man I so want the other costumes, Balrog & Cammy's look awesome! Cammy's an awesome character like LeonJ said, the different colours also look real cool on her character model cuz of the tats on her legs. Blanka's different colours are heaps cool also.
Does anyone know when the other costume packs will get a release?
Edit: Just found out:
• 2/17 – Brawler Pack DLC Pack will include alternate costumes for: Zangeif, E.Honda, Rufus, El Furete, and Abel.
• 2/24 – Femme Fatale Pack will include alternate costumes for: Chun-Li, Cammy, Sakura, Rose, and C.Viper.
• 3/3/09 – Shoryuken Pack will include alternate costumes for: Ryu, Ken, Akuma, Gouken, and Dan.
• 3/10/09 – Shadowloo Pack will include alternate costumes for: Seth, M.Bison, Sagat, Balrog, and Vega.
• 3/17/09 – Classic Pack will include alternate costumes for: Guile, Dhalsim, Fei-Long, Blanka, and Gen. _________________

I'm waiting for the All in One Costume pack which will be released after the Classic Pack, and for a discount.
I think my fave alternate costume is Sakura's because if you unlock her final colour for her alternate it removes the Gi, and it's just a regular highschool gym uniform.

The theme song that plays during the main menu reminds me so much of Korean pop boy bands. That takes me back to my HS days. haha. _________________

I'm ashamed to say that I'm really really bad at Street Fighter. To the point where I'm probably going to trade it in this Friday for Halo Wars.
Sad day.

I was pretty bad when I first started Jim, but kept playing and now I'm kinda decent, still not great though.
I've been playing online, and I've found that everyone online isnt as pro as I was fearing, found some people around the same skill level as me, and I've had some hilarious matches

I was a bit turned off with it too at first, especially since I've -never- had an online match with more than 1 red bar to date.
But I'm finding that I can now at least finish it on medium (with Chun Li too, not the cheapest of characters), and I'm really keen on unlocking some characters and outfits.
I still don't understand cancels, so I'm going to try get my head around those as my next objective. Just take little steps to get used to the dynamics of the game, and it'll do a world of good for your ability _________________

I feel the same way. I remember being an absolute master of Super Street Fighter II on the SNES, but I seem to have lost the skill I once had. I mean, I'm not completely crap, but I'm not as good as I once was.
As for Seth, using Ryu I generally jump heavy kick, then sweep low if he punches low or sonic booms. The hard bit is avoiding the shoryuken or the spinning pile driver, just try not to stand too close or jump too late. _________________

Jim I was considering trading in SF4 for Killzone 2 this morning as I had only played it a couple of times and it didnt seem to have the same excitement as SF2 did back in the SNES days. I popped in SF4 last night and had an absolute ball with it so much so its staying in my collection now. I guess what im trying to say is dont give up as others have said. A couple of online matches and I realised I wasnt going to get my ass kicked like I first thought. _________________

Wasn't "don't give up" in the lyrics on Marvel vs Capcom 2 soundtrack if I remember correctly?
Heed those words.
You all know you can use XMB to make your own custom soundtrack right? Playlist, classic street fighter MP3 folder (a few gig) on random. If you tire of the games usual sounds. _________________

Anyone have any idea about alternate costume proper release dates? I know I posted some but the dates have been and gone and still nothing. I need new costumes, they look hella rad and give a bit more individuality online. _________________

Check later tonight, we got the brawler dlc last week on Friday as well.
I played humanbomb (one of the top players in Aus) last night and got totally schooled. His execution and pressure game is totally perfect. _________________ Let's Play! Super Robot Wars Z2

Charge DB, then DF, UF + kick, DB, UF + kick
Basically by the time you've done the flash kick you're already completed half the super motion. I guess you do a kind of 'half circle' motion starting from DB > UF to do the flash kick, and follow up with the rest of the super motion. Hope that makes sense. _________________
