What kind of work experience did you go through (if at all) and what job do you have now?
Earlier this year I did work experience, and I'm about to go for a second round, not at the same place, but at the same kind of place.
A PRIMARY SCHOOL
So, if you can muster up a mental image of me reading to Grade 2's (yes, I read to them) and helping them build 3D chapes out of matchsticks and play-doh, that's kinda what I'm in for again in a few weeks (or I might get the Year 6's and endure their lame wisecraks, we'll see).
As for employment, my friend was kind enough to help me get a job at Target sometime soon. Eh. Beats K-Mart.
Edit: and as coincidental as it may seem, The Target trio (whish is now the Duo since I know someone finally quit, dunno about the other two) had nothing to do with this. _________________

Never did work experience. Worked as a pizza boy before PALGN started. Been unemployed since. There's something unsettling about working 20+ hours a week for only 100 bucks. _________________ Retro Gaming Australia

I didnt get to do work experience unfortunatly, but I guess I dont need it now as my experience would of been in a Cafe of some sort and I have been working in a local Cafe now for about 2 and a half years. _________________

No work experience and currently no job. I've only ever had two jobs, both of which I got fired from. I'm my own personal God/peoples champion

I did my work experience, at my Dad's office. Not bad did some programming, erasing memory chips, quite interesting. Then I did my electronics coursework
No job currently. Thinking about getting a job in Boots (store where you can buy medicines, hair products, some drinks, films (also does developing in the store). A couple of my friends work there so I think it would be cool. But I don't really need a job. Whilst the extra money would be great, I don't exactly need it currently.

Did mine at K-Mart Burwood early this year and now I've got a job there so I think it was definitely worth going there.
Trust me, if you're ever looking for a piss easy job work at K-Mart. Decent play and barely have to work. Best job ever!

As fun as leeching off my parents for the rest of my life sounds, it'd actually be nice to find a new job and gain some independence
