If the majority of the missions in this DLC are different to the ones in GTA IV I'll be excited. GTA IV's number one problem is that it has no mission variety, just 70 gunfights and 20 car chases. This on-rails mission in the DLC sounds good, like a return to the San Andreas glory days of amazing missions, but hopefully there will be more than one unique mission.

The real disgusting issue is whether bits were taken out of the finished game in order to charge more for the "extra content" later.

See the former Eidos staff members comments on this happening to Tomb Raider last yr. Allegedly they just took out one or two levels.

I highly doubt that they intended for a seperate section to the original game where you play as another character in a completely seperate storyline and then thought, oh let's rip out this side plot that has very little to do with Niko's progress and sell it as DLC later on, suckers. That doesn't seem that feasible.

I'm sure this content will be great but I feel Rockstar have missed the boat with how long this content has taken to arrive. If this had come out 6 months ago I think it would have sold more copies.

I still think that this is only a timed 360 exclusive and well come to PS3/PC at some point in the future, but either way I won't be buying it. I was over GTA IV around the time I reached 50% story completion, the rest was a chore.

I'm going to buy this. I think a short burst of the game (10-20 hours) is exatly how it should be played. I dare say this will be more enjoyable the the actual main game. I found GTAIV to be way to long.

I reckon this will be a major hit for M$ and their DLC snag. I'd like to see a survey of ppl that bought the 360 version over the PS3 just for the DLC.

I really hope a future DLC pack sees Firefly Island's amusement park reopening. That would be cool as I'm a big Coney Island/Cyclone/Wonder Wheel fan & it would be great to cause some mayhem in a fictional version.

Maybe even have some countryside to do stuff in. I'd love to have some San Andreas type landscape variety in next-gen and while I'm sure the next game may well include this, it would be great if a DLC pack had a bit of forest, country town and mountain or something.
