I got the whole series, such a funny anime. I love the part where he turns downloading porn into an epic, Death Note style montage scene. Its also filled with scathing satirisations of contemporary Japanese culture, mostly centred around the phenomenon of the 'hikikomori'. _________________

Finished watching a heap of DVDs:
- Seinfeld, complete series
- Arrested Development, complete series
- Lost, Season 4
- Heroes, Season 2
Seinfeld: Out of all the episode, there was only one I never saw before. Classic show.
Arrested Development: After finishing Seinfeld I thought I would rewatch my AD DVDs because it is such a good show. GOB is still my favorite followed by Buster.
Lost: Good to recharge the memory with season 5 about to start very soon. I still think that Lost has the best DVD menus because of the hidden content, Easter eggs are fun. There are 6 discs total with the 5th and 6th discs being special features. The 6th disc is a waste of time unless you want to rewatch all the flash forwards again with only one thing worth watching which is about the people on the ship.
Heroes: Skipped through most of the episodes since I already watched them not so long ago. The 4th disc is special features and I was really disappointed with it, nothing worth seeing except the alternate ending to season 2 and the alternate beginning to season 3. _________________

United States of Tara
Wasn't sure what to expect, a TV show from Spielberg and Diablo Cody, but it's actually really damn good, I recommend dramady fans watch it. Only gonna be 13 eps in all I think, but it's got one hell of a story to tell.

Spectacular Spiderman Season 2 Just started.
This show is great, probbably the best addaptation of Spiderman I've seen. Gwen is actually a major charecter (And verry dawww worthy) the animation is great, spiderman is actually drawn to look like a kid, and in a nice change for an American Cartoon it has season long story arcs.
The charecter designs by Cheeks also help alot.
Also Batman: Brave and the Bold. This show is awesome, it's basicly Adam West style silver age Batman going on adventures with small time B players in the DC universe, we've had him with Plastic Man, Blue Beatle, Red Tornado, Green Arrow etc. It's pretty fucking awesome. _________________

House Season 5 Episode 12 would have to be the best episode in this season! It was really amazing imo. Does anyone know when channel 10 will stop showing repeats and start showing new eps. _________________

I'm watching that right now! I'm at the end of Season 5. I've never seen them in order before, I never knew there were story arcs and jokes that only make sense if you've been watching the whole thing. It's also freaking me out that George has been unemployed for so damn long, I keep waiting for him to suddenly have a job for the Yankees.
And after Seinfeld I intend to watch Arrested Development! You and me Burnzy. you and me.

Well you've sold me. I'm gonna have to track it down. I keep waiting for the 1990's animated series to hit DVD - because I'd snap it up instantly. _________________

Battlestar Galactica: Season 4, Part 2, Episode 1.
Wow. I watched the 10 new "Face of the Enemy" webisodes before watching the new episode, and it was just amazing. I certainly didn't see THAT coming so early
Looks like the show is going to wrap up with a bang. _________________

Great show, I've also finished season 3 of FNL last week. Though I did feel season 3 was weaker then the previous 2 seasons but it's still a strong show. I'm glad Direct TV helped bring the series back from the brink of cancellation after season 2 and paid for 1/2 the production costs. I'm hoping they bring the show back again but there will definitely be a lot of changes to the show if season 4 goes ahead since the majority of the main characters have now graduated from high school; Matt, Tim, Lila, Tyra. So it will be a different Dillon Panthers team then we have become used to and also with Coach Taylor being ousted it will be interesting if his character will be used sparingly or not. It will be an interesting few months ahead while awaiting a decision o FNLs' future. _________________ RIP Buddha 19/10/1952 - 03/01/2004

TWoP recaps are quality, but I strongly suggest you stop, they often have spoilers on the page that lists the recaps before you've even clicked one.

I have been shutting my eyes as soon as the recaps page loads, and then scrolling down to the bottom. I'm reading from Season 1 at the moment.
It is interesting to see what Couch Baron has to say about my new favourite show!! _________________

If you like his writing, he wrote one of the essays about the show in the book Neptune Noir, which I haven't read. He also got a shoutout in episode 2x14. His real name is John Ramos, as is a character's in said episode.

I don't really enjoy TwoP recaps of shows that are actually good.
There Seventh Heaven recaps though, absolute gold. _________________

I'm watching Samurai Jack as I type this. First time I've ever seen it and am actually really digging it. Heaps of fun, cool action and pretty funny. I am officially impressed. _________________

Right, I love House, I have since the first day it aired on British TV, I've seen every episode as it's been released each week and plenty of repeats on Five US. I've also seen all the ridiculous criticisms online about it being samey and predictable, but I didn't care 'cause it's still awesome.
This latest episode, however... ridiculous. Aside from the sub-stories (the only things carrying the plot these days) and funny scenes with House at home, the main medical story was just absurd, only because it really has been done so many times before. (Spoiler) A patient has extreme pain that they have to suffer through, with only drugs to help a little bit. House is put on the case to make him sympathise and come to terms with himself, but as he diagnoses, people accuse him of being more careless with the patient's life in order to discover a cure. THIS EXACT KIND OF EPISODE HAS HAPPENED SO MANY TIMES BEFORE.
Annoying to see my favourite TV show from the view of all the haters. _________________

I'd recomend getting into some more Tatavosky stuff, he's probbably one of the best animation directors in the industry today. _________________
