I just got the best present ever. My roommate moved out of the flat we were sharing recently, and I've been shit-scared for weeks about having to pay full rent; landlord turns up today telling me I can stay here for the same price I've been paying, entirely on my own. I LOVE RAISE HOUSE. <3 _________________

Turns out the movie I got "Letters from Iwo Jima" is one part of a pair, the other being "Flags of Our Fathers."
The two movies are set from opposing sides of the same battle in World War 2.
Now I have to brave the boxing day sales to try and find the bluray of FoOF to watch them both together _________________

You know who is awesome? My grandparents.
I got off them today:
- SEGA Master System II
- SEGA Mega Drive II
- Controllers, cables and manuals for the above
- 2 Nintendo Entertainment System controllers
NES games:
- Dr. Mario
- Lolo 2
- Double Dragon III
- Donkey Kong
- Shadow Warriors
Mega Drive games:
- LHX Attack Chopper
- Batman Forever
- Radical Rex
- Clay Fighter
- Mortal Kombat II
- After Burner II
- NBA Jam
And the greatest game ever...
- Shaq Fu: Enforcer of Justice
Oddly enough, no NES console. I was hoping my grandparents would say "we got you the latest gaming console" and hand me the SEGA.

Wow, I've had an awesome Christmas day! I was able to sleep in till 11 and didn't expect any presents at all (because I thought I was just getting money), but I was pleasantly surprised!
I got:
- A new shelf unit. I couldn't fit all of my books/games, etc in my old one, so this was some great sleuthing from my parents as I never recall saying I needed a new one to them.
Closed. Open.
- Dexter Season 2 on DVD, with the evidence bag.
- Dexter: An Omnibus and New Moon (I've been wanting these for a while)
- Chocolate and Queen of the Damned.
- Movie voucher and $25 shopping voucher.
- Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2 and Dragon Quest: Rocket Slime (I accidentally left these at my nans, thats why I dont have proper pics).
My english teacher sent this in the mail. It arrived yesterday, but I didn't know who it was from at the time, but held off to open it today. I didn't know she liked me
And finally, my mum went the extra mile and, knowing my love of Dexter, made me 3 plaques to do with the show: A blood splatter, barbies head and a blood slide sample.

I also got tons of chocolate that I've already eaten, some really nice clothes and about $600 altogether from family members. I normally wouldn't get this much money, but I really need to get a new computer for school, so I got some extra help
Merry Christmas everyone! _________________

Well it's both Christmas and my birthday today so I thought I'd just combine both lots of presents here:
From my mum:
Birthday-
5 Driving lessons with the RACV
$50 Village Cinemas voucher
$50
Christmas-
Fable 2 CE
Transformers G1 Collection (FUCK YEAH!)
White wireless 360 controller
1 pair of shorts
2 t-shirts
Mars chocolate stocking
From my Girlfriend:
Birthday-
Quicksilver wallet
The Nightmare Before Christmas special edition (The new awesome one)
Christmas-
PS2 console
An extra controller
The Matrix Path of Neo
My girlfriends parents and sister:
Birthday-
$100 JB Hifi Voucher
2 tickets to Village goldclass
Christmas-
Lego Starwars on PS2
From the rest of the relatives:
Birthday-
$70
2 T-shirts
1kg of Kool Kurrants lollies
Christmas-
Boom Blox Wii
Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian Wii
T-shirt
$30 Village Cinemas gift card
Man I got a **** amazing haul this year. My favourite present is easily the Transformers G1 collection. The Village giftcards and gold class tickets means I can go to the cinemas a heap of times without having to worry about paying for tickets and the money and giftcards mean I can get Burnout Paradise, Mirrors Edge and Dead Space. Whoo! _________________

Good haul! The Pantsu is pleased!
Supernatural S3
The Shield S4
The Shield S5
Mastodon - Blood Mountain (w/ DVD)
Radiohead - Hail to the Thief
Kirby Super Star Deluxe (DS)
De Blob (Wii)
Sample pack of mini Absolut's
fat candy-cane
Wasabi peas
A stencil of a logo I made for a 'secret project' that might never go anywhere... but it's fucking cool!
Big Black and Red paint markers
Brown spray paint (for the stencil)
The Best Fucking Hat yet. I swear. You just wait for a photo(s)
A wall-mounted clock, made of solid wood, shaped like a cat's head, and painted with black-board paint (so you can draw on it)
Well pleased, to say the very least. Seriously. From the stencil down were totally out of left-field and just about the best things ever. _________________

Not a great haul.
Black DS Lite. Pretty good, but still felt a bit off.
Chaos Marines Codex. Excellent, exactly what i asked for.
Science is Golden. (Karl Kruzenlicki) Sigh. I get one of his books every year.
Spherical Wooden Puzzle. You know, the ones that drive you mad.
Queen : Some album i forget. Sorry, um WTF.
And a little chocolate.
And thats it. Will probably get one more consolation present tomorrow, but 99% chance its a "because we're related to you" present.
Christmas this year was such a non-event. I picked/gave a fair few great presents for other people, and got 1 thing i asked for.
Spare me the "though that counts" stuff. I know. _________________
