Well, given it's 3 and a bit weeks till Christmas, why not have a competition with $poon prizes.
Simply convert or create a new avatar and signature set to a Christmas theme.
Deadline for entries is 2 weeks, with voting to follow for one week 
Prizes:
1st 40 $poons
2nd 20 $poons
3rd 10 $poons
