I love you zeldamario. I called up all the EBs near me, found one offering what I required.
For those unable to wait until the 13th, I know EB at Westpoint Blacktown is selling them (where I got mine, they let me pricematch JB for $79) and EB Stocklands Wetherill Park will be selling the game tomorrow (12th).
While I was getting ME, I grabbed a Samsung P2 MP3/Video player for my brother from DSE Powerhouse. $180
Oh and on ME.. up to chapter 3. Incredible so far. _________________

2 Gold Class tickets to Quantum of Solace on opening day. I got them using vouchers my gf bought in September for our 3yr anniversary. Back then she paid $70 for the pair, as I did when we went to Casino Royale. What's frustrating is that if we'd just bought the tickets now, they'd have been $50 for the pair after their price drop on GC tickets. _________________

Changed over my unused Limited Edition Gears of War 2 for a standard, and put the $25 on the pre-order for Prince of Persia at EB.
I also pricematched the Big W pre-order dealios, and picked up Guitar Hero: World Tour PS2 and Xbox 360 for $244 and $258 respectively. We already had $280.45 down on the 360 version, so $22.45 was shifted over the PoP pre-order too.
Now to ignore all the fun gaming occurring around me and finish this 7000 word essay due yesterday at 5pm. _________________

Thanks to an American friend of mine I managed to score the Uncut version of Leisure Suit Larry - Magna Cum Laude for a mere $20 US and after paying for Conversion rates and Delivery I got it for $50 Aus.
Its a hell of a lot of fun. Can't understand why it was banned though.

I already had a pre-order down at EB for GH:WT ps3 and I had the BIGW promotion printed out, but my EB still insisted on calling BigW. Apparently the guy down at BigW had NO IDEA what the hell the EB goth chick was on about and said that pre-orders were $278 as well. Even though the guy was supposedly a guy from the Games department
/wrist
So in the end I just paid the stupid $20 difference. _________________

You do realise that after Uni comes "Job" and with that. less freedom than ever before.
Life is all about losing freedom.
Think about it:
You're born -> 100% freedom. You can sleep all day and people are happy about it.
You're a toddler -> You can do what you want, but people start blocking your way with gates and child-proof locks.
You're a kid -> You don't have as many things blocking you, but you have to go to school.
You're a teenager -> You can go to bed later, but school and homework combine to leave a couple hours a night and weekends.
You're a young adult -> You go to Uni (and can choose whether you work or not), but assignments and exams will make it seem like you're forever working. Add to that a part-time job.
Note -> Skip the last step if you didn't go on to tertiary schooling.
You're an adult -> You've left school finally and think that you are at last free, only to face the grim reality that is 9 to 5 (or some equivalent), 5 days a week for the next 4 years.
You're an adult+ -> The opposite sex (or maybe the same, your choice) is looking pretty good on a long term basis and you think you have found someone to "settle down" with. Any freedom you had left is now shared with someone.
You're an adult++ -> Kids. That's it. Freedom is almost a distant memory. You never see any of your mates anymore (except for some special occasion of one of them losing a portion of freedom), and the time you have to yourself usually comes once everyone has gone to bed. And you're too tired to do anything.
You're kids are adults -> YAY! You're free again. Guess what. Just because they move out, doesn't mean they don't stop suckling at the parental teat.
You're old -> You have no responsibilities. You've retired. You and your partner have all the free time in the world. But you are too poor to do much and too tired to do what's left.
Death -> Finally the sweet eternal bliss that is death. Now this is freedom. All you have to do now is take up space. This burden diminishes over time too, thus freeing you up even more.
The funniest thing is that nearly all of us would do it all again tomorrow, and wouldn't go back to those more free times if you paid us.

Yeah I do. I actually work full time and do/did uni part time at nights. So finishing uni gives me more freedom than before
But thanks for your comment.
Anywayyyyy .... back on topic: I also purchased Gears of War 2 for my little bro for Christmas - $74 from JB HiFi. _________________
