A provisional release date is not a release date for Australia. Usually it is the US/Japanese release date or something along those lines.
So no it isn't coming out on Tuesday. _________________

^ How'd you play it? I really enjoyed the demo (Japanese marketplace, but everything was in English for some reason) despite the abttle system being a bit more sluggish than Tales of Symphonia. _________________

Why is it people who import always come into threads like this and say "oh dont worry its not that good anyway."
Thats not the point. We want the darn game. Some of us are huge tales fans and want this no matter what. Not to mention it got some of the best reviews of any Tales game to date. _________________

It's because they like to show off how awesome they are for importing.

I'm sorry but I respectfully disagree, Tales is anything but bland. Amazing graphics, a different fighting system to most run of the mill RPGS, and while the story is a bit slow at first, once you get out into the world and explore, meet new companions etc it really starts kicking in.
I have a US Xbox 360 back from Nov 2005, so that's how I play it.

Is it worth importing the SE tin, with CD? ie, is the score amazing enough to want to listen to it in the ipod? _________________

Definitely, the soundtrack is pretty cool, although you probably wouldn't want to listen to all 22 tracks on your ipod. The tracks taken from Vesperia and Tales of Symphonia are the standouts for me.

And this is true , you are entitled to your opinion.I can imagine some people liking it, it just wasn't my cup of tea.It just seemed a bit contrived and having played alot of RPG's it wasn't really too different for my liking(sameish characters portrayed, angst etc).Maybe that's what alot of people like is a bit of familiarality in games, I'm always looking for something new brought to the table.
All in all , people that want this game are gonna get it, end of story.
I'm just stating my view on it.
@Cer, ya..import. _________________

They list November 14 as its release date. I find it unlikely that they're in the know about a release in less than a month when nobody else has heard anything and no publisher has even said they've picked up the game >_> _________________

The NTSC version with an OFLC sticker stuck on it. There's your PAL version. _________________

playing the asian version (english language), I really like it so far but its too similar to "Tales of the Abyss" . the action RPG battle system (in both games) is easily the most enjoyable battle system I have ever experienced in a JRPG(period).
the cel shaded graphics are gorgeous but nothing quite as breathtaking as the graphics of Eternal Sonata, but thats understandable because Tales of Vesperia is a MUCH bigger game.
