Playing Drakes on Hard earned 5 in game medals. 2 Treasure and 3 for combat but only the treasure Trophy's have been earned, whilst the other 3 Brutal Brawler, Headshot Expert and 10 Headshots have not, though are listed as trophys .... Any one have a similar problem or suggestion as to why I'm experiencing this?

^ That's pretty weird, mine have all worked perfectly.
Something a bit strange did happen with my game though, it no longer detects any of my old Uncharted save files from before the patch, despite the fact that I can still look at them on the XMB. After the update, the only option was 'New Game'. Did this happen to anyone else?

Just Googled Drakes Fortune Trophy Bugs, and low and behold Naughty Dogs patch seems to be bugged (maybe they should have held back on release).
The general theory seems to be not to save over old pre patch data.
Fortunately I was only a few Chapters in when the problem began, so I'm gonna wipe every save and start from scratch, old saves are pointless now anyhow really.
Will post again if problem persists.

I was able to load up my old pre-patch save after the patch had been downloaded and installed...??? I played for a bit even though you need to start again so I don't know. I might test out loading it up again later to see if it still works...

Spent an hour playing last night and all is well with Trophy's, the cabinet is filling quicky  , even those that previously were not unlocking.

^ Oh it takes a while hey. Spent a few hours last night in 2 player mode on garden 3, it ended badly... (crazy game related arguments)
We got the 10x combo Trophy and almost got the Hundred Thousander, but we ran out of time.
The combo ones are heaps easier with 2 players.

I unlocked the 15 crystals trophy last night. The best part about it, I didn't even realize I had done it until the notification popped up. Surprise trophies are the best 
I got in Garden 5 btw. That level is all huge drops anyway so you're sure to get it eventually. I used 2 of those cannon flower things. Combo-ing from one flower to another apparently still counts as a single fall. You can pick up around 12 crystals alone just following the shot trajectory, then it's just a matter of hitting a few more on the way down. Like I said, I didn't even mean to do it when I did so either I got really lucky, or it's easy to do.

Does anyone know if switching on the rewards i.e. character costumes and weapon select, prevent you from getting trophies in Uncharted? If so it would make playing through Crushing difficulty much easier. At the moment i'm sitting on 630/1000 medal points and only need 13 more medals to get them all.
Edit* Make that 2 medals left. I just have to beat the game on hard and crushing. I'm up to chapter 19 in hard so not much longer left.

damn im only just finished it on easy and that was hard enough i think i need 21 then the platinum ahhh.
cant wait atleast buzz is helping calm me down after getting stuck on uncharted its like its raining trophies all of a sudden

Well I just managed to beat Uncharted on Hard in 4hrs and 34 mins and now I only have to play through it in Crushing to get all the medals. I'm up to chapter 9 in Crushing at the moment and it is just ridiculously hard in that you have to fire heaps of shots at your enemies for them to die but you die in one or two shots. They're cheap too, I lost count of all the ones I "head shot" and still managed to survive and continue firing at me.

NOOOO.....my gf just got her first gold medal, before me i have been trying so damn hard and yet to get one and she has played a few games of buzz and scored over 5000 in single player and got her gold medal, i have tried for that medal for too long
AHH the pain.

well we're not gettting it this week. but we do get trophies for it even though thats not the reason we arent getting it straight away. either way still another game with trophies.

so either my US account is nuked (or maybe its because SSHD already had those planets cleared) but like PJE, trophies won't work with the account.
ausaccount - i now have trophies for PJE + SSHD. my uncharted is on loan to a mate but I'd love to play that again!
about trophies patching - I really wish the patch would read the save to see what's already been done and then give you the according trophies.

PJE - you might want to do garden 1 - all seeds. Should be fairly easy to get - easiest trophy imo. If you don't get it - if you PSN shared this game off someone from a different region, you might not get the game. My PURCHASED (mine) aus copy of PJE didn't give my US/preferred play id account trophies. I thought the game was broken.
I need to do some googling to find up what is up with this!

I have 41 now, more than I've seen on anyone else's profile. It does help that I have 3 games (2 of them retail) that support trophies though.
