Ubisoft. Assassin's Creed could be turned into an amazing Batman game with only a few modifications. _________________

Bethesda. Hey their environments might be samey looking but they know how to make a huge sprawling world that looks beautiful, which I reckon would be great for a batman game. _________________

Then what's stopping you? Just make sure you pick a comfy cinema and are well rested. The movie clocks in at around 3 hours long and I missed spoken bits here and there due to being tired after work.
The question is what type of game we'd like to see The Dark Knight based on. I have found that my most enjoyable experiences with Batman titles were Batman Forever on the Mega Drive / SNES, which was sort of like Final Fight beat 'em up action crossed with motion captured / special move centred Mortal Kombat gameplay mechanics; and the awesome Adventures of Batman & Robin on the Mega Drive which was sheer run n' gun bliss and faithfully recreated the cartoon series of the same name.
I just dont know what genre could give people a fresh and exciting playthrough. Perhaps a free roaming perspective in the form of the successful Spiderman 2? That could be fun to roam Gotham's nightscape and foil crimes as they happen..
Having loved both Lego Star Wars (especially) and Lego Indiana Jones, I will still enjoy Lego Batman.

Irrational / Looking glass. I mean tell me they weren't the best developers ever (thief series, system shock 2) _________________

Valve. Just... Valve. Just because I love them :P
Nah, if I had to really pick one, then I'd probably go for Ubisoft. As matrix-cat said:

what's stopping me finding someone to go with and friends not replying to my messages. Who goes to the movies by themselves? not me. _________________ Dragonforce's new album Ultra Beatdown out August 27th.

Why the hell not? You're not proving you're a social puppy by sitting silently in a darkened theater for up to three hours. _________________

I've only ever been to watch a movie on my own just the one time. It was a really odd experience I missed the traditional discussion about the film on the drive home.
Even though that time felt a bit weird, it won't stop me from doing it again should the need arise. If I want to watch something, I won't let anything stop me. Other than rising ticket prices of course. _________________

I don't care who does the game, however if the lego version of batman ends up being better that would be a bit sad imo. Ohwell the movie hype far surpasses the game hype for me :]

going to see a movie by myself would make me feel very uncomfortable depending on how many people are in the theater of course. Besides going the the cinemas should be a social experience. I have my fingers crossed that i'll see it this weekend. _________________ Dragonforce's new album Ultra Beatdown out August 27th.
