Since I first got my Ipod Mini back in the days I've been quite intersted in podcasts as I don't really have any radios available and I like to listen to my favourite programs when I'm on the go.
At the moment I'm subscribed to five podcasts which all get uploaded directly to my Ipod Shuffle:
- Sunday Night Safran (my favourite)
- TPN - Father Bob
- The Official LOST Podcast
- The Lost Podcast with Jay and Jack (Super Deluxe AAC feed)
- The PALGN Podast
However I'm looking to branch out a bit and in particular I would love to find a great Movie news/review podcast.
So I'm just curious what podcasts you guys listen too and how they have benefited you?

^ Awesome podcast the Safran and Father Bob ones are. I love listening to when i can be bothered d/l them.
I listen to the UEFA podcasts and La Liga ones here and there.

The Ricky Gervais Show - The show's over but that doesn't stop it from being the funniest podcast around. Don't ever try listening to this one in public though...

I listen to a lot of podcasts, it helps with the commute:
Gaming: 1up yours, EGM Live, 1up Retronauts, One Life Left, Penny Arcade, Major Nelson (when there's a good interview)
Science: Naked Scientists, Popular Mechanics, Skepticality, Skeptic's guide to the universe, Radio Lab
Random: Stephen Fry's podcast, Safran, Tank Riot.

^^ yay someone else listens to 1up yours - what do you think of shawn elliot's introduction to 1up yours... I don't think it has worked out very well. I used to enjoy listening to him on GFW but now I think there's too much of him. He loves to reference HL2 and Company of Heroes as good game design every episode and also he 'used' to be a console gamer and now it just seems he's grown out of it. And whenever he speaks he can't keep it down to less than 2 sentences. Maybe its just cause I really like listening to Shane and Garnett and John Davison and he's a bit different.

Kevin Smith and Scott Mosier are: SModcast.
Fantastic podcast I've been listening to for about a year now. Its pretty much just Clerks director & writer Kevin Smith chatting to producer Scott Mosier about everything from movies they're working on to his wife's vibrator. Not safe for the kids, as it follows his traditional line of gutter humour and shameless anecdotes. I strongly reccomend it to anyone who is a fan of Kevin's movies.

Australian Gamer Podcast: If you are interested in games, technology and things that make sense....then this isn't the podcast for you. Listen as Yug and Matt go off-topic, abuse each other, question one another's sexuality, laugh at nothing and make fun of dead people.
PALGN Podcast: The PALGN staff talk about the serious stuff in gaming....(I really need to update on listning to this, I only have the first six downloaded)
The Ricky Gervais Show: I love this podcast very funny. Thats all.
I remember listning to the Penny Arcade one and IGN a few times.
