Yeah it'll be alot of work, but I think it'll be a good resource that will also compliment the Game Exchange forum.

Sure prices fluctuate, but it's not as if we should be actively going out and researching trade in values for this. If someone happens to do a store trade in, then it would be good to collate that information into a single resource.

I know some titles will become very out of date, but that is why the date information is important. If you see a game with a trade in value of $45, but the date is 1 year ago, you will know the value is pretty much not valid anymore.

Really great thread idea. I had the impression that prices were different store to store depending on how many copies of a game the store had ie a store that had four copies of Burnout would pay less than a store down the road with no copies. But obviously I'm wrong.

Like Blink said it will have to be constantly updated, but I think it would certainly be a valuable resource.

This post will be edited with the trade in values of games from JB Hi-Fi. Since the trade-in procedure at JB Hi-Fi works around the condition of the game. For example, if the disc is scratched, the manual is missing and so forth, the trade value of the game drops. All trade-in values posted here will be the base value of the game without the condition of the game taken into effect.

Games with an asterisk are on the excluded game list for the trade in games and get a game free deal.
