Not too long IGN announced that High Voltage Software had developed a custom Wii engine that pushes the hardware, and also announced their at time publisherless title The Conduit (thread can be found here.
IGN also revealed that High Voltage Software had a few other Wii games in the work. Just recently a newy has been announced; Gyrostarr for WiiWare
Hit the link for a preview, complete with screenies and a video.
The gameplay looks and sounds cool, and I like old arcade sci-fi shooters. Fingers crossed it all comes together nicely. _________________

Looks like a bit of fun, eh?
50 levels sounds cool. Reminds me of playing through Deluxe Galaga on
my Amiga. It sorta looks like a racing game though..?

This game seems awesome and i love sci-fi shooters.
I'll definitely buy this, if the wiiware updates doesnt brick the freeloader.

High Voltage Software are very reasonable with their prices! This is meant to be 700 points and Animals of the Dead is apparantly only 500 points.
That's insane considering that other wiiware game that will most likely cost more and you only have three levels with options to play for 3 or 5 minutes _________________

Nice. Will be getting this.
The real question is whether I will have any room left on the internal memory. Nintendo it's time to offer storage solutions. I want an active storage, as in readable storage medium. Not just a vault that you have to copy into the internal memory.
Anyway looks promising, especially co-op. _________________
