Get one while you're young so you can enjoy it. Get it done while on holiday or at a moment that has a reason to be remembered. If in 20 years time you hate it: get it removed. It might be expensive if you have a massive dragon all over your arse, but for the most part its not a major hit for a working professional.

Depends on the design of the Cthulhu. I've seen some damn ugly Cthulhu's. Gosh that's a strange word... One which I never want to spell again.
But yes, please post pictures if you do get it done. Tenticles right down your arms would look so creepy cool.

Check out this awesome leg-sleve tatoo.
If anyone reads nintendorks.com or posts in the forum there they'd have seen the progression of this and it's really cool. Although I prefered it without the backgound personally. I remember reading about them and they were actually body paint not tats, still fucking awesome though.
I've been thinking about getting the sleeves done again but have decided to wait at least a year with an idea so I still think it's cool then. Been about 7 months since that cthulhu idea and it still sounds awesome.
Am gunna start thinking of commissioning artists to do ideas for it.
