Gotta give Capcom props for delivering solid ports*.
*for Wii, before anyone mentions other efforts.

RE4 was a great port. As long as there is widescreen and 480p support, thats good enough for me. Anything extra is a bonus not a necessity for a game thats already won numerous GOTY awards.

When this game came out I always said it looked like the perfect sort of game for the Wii. I don't see a problem with a port if it's of such a high quality game. _________________

Yeah if it weren't for capcoms ports, right now I won't be playing my Wii. Gotta love RE4.

I've never played this title before on the PS2, so i'll be sure to scoop it up. People have nothing but praise for the title and it seems that alot of love was put into creating the game.

Yeah, but RE4 for Wii was a mixture of the GCN and PS2 version, it wasn't a straight up port. _________________

^ And as stated in the article, we don't know whether this will necessarily be a straight port either. _________________

I hope it doesn't get any extras, it really screws with the early adopters cuz I don't want to buy/play this again even though I loved it the first time through.
I'm sick of seeing people who didn't even support the original product when it came out getting more value/features than the people who did support it. For a remake yes.....a port NO! _________________
