Hmmm. I have been leaning towards FIFA 08 over Pro Evo for the team availability, more specifically, the lack of the English Premier league in Pro Evo. The fact that this is registering as a "contender" is a major surprise. Can there be any light shead on its nomination?

Hmmmm ... Only one of the 360 nominees is an exclusive, Eternal Sonata. Only one of the PS3 nominees isn't, Pro Evo Soccer.
I wonder if this indicates some strong PS3 exclusives finally starting to emerge, or just that the PS3 versions of these games aren't so great?

I think it would more reflect a slow year ahead of Microsoft with a lot of exclusives this year and little to of their own to give gamers next year.
Oh well, here's hoping Halo 3 and Bio Shock are good enough to keep me going... oh and GTA 4.
