I havent used Photoshop much, but I'm quite good at Paint Shop Pro.

I think I'm somewhere between Newbie and Inter. I can do more than a newbie, but less than an Inter/Expert.
All of my sigpics are "home made", as well as most of my avatars. I made Amy's Avatar, for example.

Nope, don't use it.

PALGN and everything else I design is created with Macromedia Fireworks MX (with a bit of Paint Shop Pro when I need more Photo editing functions)
