Hmmm. I thought it was confirmed months ago, since Gamefaqs has had Condemned: Psycho Crime listed for ages.
Anywho, Condemned was awesome so a sequel would be more than welcome. _________________

Oh, this is brilliant news! Even though it was fairly short, I found Condemned to be a thoroughly enjoyable (and thoroughly freaky) game. I hope they make the available weapons a little more free-form than in the original... but that might make it hard to keep a good balance.
Anyway, I'll be waiting from some screenies of this - It'll be great to see what kind of graphical overhaul it'll get. _________________

The killing of hobos with a plank of wood with a nail in it is always a warm welcome from my side. Let's hope it's a 'tad' longer though. _________________

That's the Japanese title for the first game.
I figured the game would eventually get a sequel, the ending was left wide open, and it sold respectably at the launch. _________________ Retro Gaming Australia

I hated the first it was repetative and just boring (was scary though). Dont see why everyone loved it so much.

??????? Im just expressing my opinion. I can see how some people liked it cos its just like an episode of csi and you can get involved in the game and the graphics are pretty good but i didnt really like it..maybe i didnt give it a good enough go..but i was freaked out for the amount of time i gave it, maybe that put me off it LOL.

I played a little bit at my mate's place, and I quite liked it. I'll get it cheap when I eventually get my 360. _________________

Well its contains some pretty fresh ideas which are pulled off very well.
And yes, playing it with headphones on a high end PC at night time is quite exhilirating.

^ Don't bother unless you have finished the original though. I'd dare say that you wouldn't understand the sequel's story at all unless you played through Criminal Origins.
Anyway, predictable really regardless of whether it has been confirmed or not. Criminal Origins was/is one of my favourite 360 games to date so I am definitely looking forward to a sequel. Should be good to see how things continue, 'specially after that interesting ending. _________________
