Personally I think the jokes about her are funny. Sure it would be rude and very disrespectul to say one of these jokes to someone close to her, but harmless to do so here IMO.
I know if I died, I wouldn't mind this happening to me. I wouldn't care about people on the net who I don't know making jokes about me. I'm sure Obs and Cap have nothing against her, they were just making a light hearted joke which I found funny.
Pete and Nick and others, I respect your oppinions on this matter, I'm not trying to persuade you, just pointing out how I (and possibly others) feel about this.

I was watching a news article about her the night before she died. I thought "she's a wacko" and still think it. Drug abuse is definetly what killed her I think.

OK so this shit comes up whenever some celebrity dies, but who here actually sponsors a kid from a third world country? ( Not your parents but the money that you use to buy video games). Now, I don't but have been thinking about it for quite a while and I don't want to sponsor anyone through a religious organization, so if anyone can give me suggestions , please do.

Alot of debate of the usefulness of those organisations came up when they did Live-Aid or whatever.
What those kids need is social reform and for developed countries to stopping stealing their natural resources.

i was going to write an apology for offending people with the joke, but then i realised, i'm not sorry.
i, for one, didn't respect her while she was alive, why should i start now she's dead?
she was the Paris Hilton of her day, famous for being famous. it's sad for those who knew her beyond what the tabloids said, but i'm not one of those people.
and if any other celebrities drop off any time soon, if there's a joke going around dealing with it that i find funny, then i am sure as sh!t going to post it.
