Then your not gonna like what I have to say next.
Due to a flight delay (he was put onto the next flight), the time that I will be adding the info has been altered slightly:
WA: 11:30pm-12:30am
NT/SA: 1:00-2:00am Thursday
QLD/VIC/NSW/TAZ: 1:30-2:30am Thursday
Sorry for the delay. I suggest getting a good nights rest and checking tomorrow

As you know I am also a Manager of EB. I have to shoot off to work now but will post more info about the show later.
The show was awesome and full credit must go to the Vendors and the EB Head Office.
We got to play Multiplayer Gears of War (AWESOME!!!!!), Guitar Hero 2, Call of Duty 3, Rainbow 6 Vegas, and the beloved Wii and Zelda. All the Wii Sport games are hilarious and great to be bundled with the Wii. Also sounds like Burning Crusade will be released on the 14th December. This Xmas so many many good games - I think I will be broke this Xmas on gifts to myself.
Must go to work now but will write more. If anyone has any questions, then please post here and will be glad to pass on any info.
Just another big thanks to EB and the Vendors. The time and effort they put in were sensational and the training was all based on finding the right employees to give the best possible service. You will see a massive improvement in customer service as of this.

Wow, I think z3d3fil3r may want to take over from here. I will tell you what freebies my brother got though.
Sorry bout the lateness. When my bro got home he talked to his girlfriend for 2 hours and because we had dialup I didn't want to stay awake and then I had school today but I'm here now.
Heres a list of his freebies (only one from nintendo):
Medievil II Total War Tie
Sonic Tie
Destroy All Humans 2 Tie
Bully (Canis Canem Edit) Mug
2 Ricky Ponting International Cricket 2007 Stress Balls
X-Box 360
PSP Cap
Plantronics Audio 350 Media Headset
Madman Shirt
Retro Sonic Shirt
Ricky Ponting International Cricket 2007 Shirt
Ricky Ponting International Cricket 2007 Beach Towel
Destroy All Humans Soundtrack
Yakuza Dog Tags
Mindscapes Brain Training (PC)
Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence (PS2)
Destroy All Humans 2 Demo (PS2)
Yakuza (PS2)
Let's Make a Soccer Team (PS2)
Club House Games (NDS)
Need For Speed Carbon Demo (PS2)
Scarface DVD
Zathura UMD Video
He told me about Zelda TP in the car on the way home, heres what he said:
-The game is gonna be soo good
-The graphics are fine and the detail on link is fantastic
-It was really easy to control and the movement is pretty colse to 1:1. Whatever action you do it'll match it with a similar set movement
-Nunchuk is used to move like (analog stick) but if you move it in a circle link does his spinning sword move
-Hookshot & Arrow Bow are similar=select th item wich the D-pad on the Wiimote then hold the trigger on the Wiimote and aim the release the trigger to release hook/arrow
-Boss: A giant chained up firey demon thing. Shoot a crystal on it's head to stun it then run behind and grab a hold of it's chain with the Iron boots on the walk backwards, electricity stuff come from the boots as you walk backwards, the boss falls over and you attack it till dead.
Wii Sports:
-Very good. Alot better than he had thought
-Said he'd buy it for $100 if it wasn't bundled
-Bowling was his favourite= if you put spin on the ball, you bowl it slower or the spin won't have an effect, if you bowl it fast with spin then the ball won't be effected by the spin.
No Zapper Gun attachment at the show
Gears of war: Microsoft representative flew from England to show and announce the final version of Gears of War. The managers at the vender show were the first peopple in the world to play this game. Graphics were absolutely stunning, "It will blow your mind
Guitar Hero II: Absolute must get. Expert level is just right, harder than last expert. Great songs, even though some of them my bro didn't like, they are perfect for the game.

What exactly is the Toys R Us deal? Does anyone know for sure yet? EB do price match as long as there is stock and in close range to them.

last time nintendo were very generous and gave a ds lite with mario brothers. vendors cannot be expected to give away items at the show and when they do, it can be a great cost to them - especially with so many managers now at EB. However in saying that, the DS lite did record numbers once all EB managers had them. Having one and having the knowledge about the product creates excitement when communicating to the customer.
All the Wii games we got to play were:
* 10 mini games - the ones bundled with the Wii play bundle. Billiards, duck hunt, table tennis to name a few.
* Warioware - contains hundreds of mini games that are excellent
* Zelda. VERY VERY VERY well done game. So much so it got voted console game of the show.
* Wii Sports. Do not diss this title. It is the business. If this was not free with the machine, I would definately purchase this title.
* Rayman. Anyone with a sense of humour has to get this.
* Super Monkey Ball. Most boring of the Wii games. Kids will love it but not in the same field as the others.
No red steel though. Ubisoft said they were keeping that under wraps. Why oh why?
Game that I remember we got to play and witness(please remember there were heaps so I will miss a few)
Bionicle Heroes
Ricky Ponting 2007
Pro Evo 6 360
Eye Toy Sports
Killzone PSP
Bully
Gears Of War Multiplayer
Flight Simulator X
Final Fantasy 12
Bioshock
GTA Vice City Stories
World Series Poker 2
Happy Feet
Mario Hoops
Yoshi Island DS
Club Games
Wii 10 mini games
Warioware Wii
Zelda Wii
Wii Sports
Rayman Wii
Open Season 360
Rainbow 6 Vegas 360
Scarface
WOW Burning Crusade
Legend of Spyro
Call of Duty 3 360
Tony Hawk Project 8 360
Star Wars Galaxies
Guitar Hero 2
Medievil Total War 2
A Massage
WWE Smackdown vs Raw 360
Super Monkey Ball Wii
Cricket 2007
Tiger Woods 2007
Fifa 2007
Battlefield 2142
NFS Carbon
I think I have missed out about 10 games on the list but obviously they did not strike me as amazing otherwise I would have remembered.
The biggest disappointed of the show had to be NFS Carbon. The game looks weak - like a Mega Drive game at best. Highlight games were Gears of War, Zelda, Guitar Hero 2, Rainbow 6 Vegas, Call of Duty 3, WWE Smackdown vs Raw 360 and Rayman Wii.
Fantastic show and all it has done has left me licking my lips in anticipation in the new release games for the next 7 weeks. Damn you game developers!!!! Why always around Xmas. Grrrr.
Other products we got to try out were:
Logitech mice
New PSP Media software - must have if you own a PSP
XBox Live Vision Camera - must have for Rainbow 6
Xbox Wireless Steering Wheel
Wii including Nunchuck
So many more but my brain fails me right now. It was a hard hard week in terms of no sleep, training and trying out new products.

Well Kwissy said his bro would match it and the nearest Toy 'R Us is 10 or so K's away..
EB matching it would be much better, so hopefully he will do that for me.. _________________
