Sorry man, those release date things pop up all the time, and have been doing so for months now. They're no more credible than you or I taking a bet on the release date.

well obviously nintendo's comfirmed a date with devloper's and stores so this givs a rough idea of when it will be relased. now EA could be trying to get in on the launch or within the lanuch

No, thats the thing, they probably havent. If they had, somebody would have spilled the beans by now and we'd know.

Developers would know, yes, but retailers et al? Nah, I don't think so. EA have done that before, with some 360 games, and EB do it all the time.
