Has anyone picked this up yet? If so how much did you get it for?
I saw it in EB for $49.95 but I figure it will be $39.95 at Myer with their 20% off sale _________________ CamDS

A mate who sits across me at work here just picked it up for $49.95 at EB. It's prety cool. It seems they've localized it for us cuz at the begining you had to draw a map of australia and a koala etc. _________________

Yeah my US version did the same as well (and left Tasmania of the map if I'm not mistaken ). The pictures must be the same for both versions, becuase I have drawn mainly American things, eg. Lincoln, Florida, Statue of Liberty, Texas etc.
Anyway, I think I got it for $40. _________________

Focus on the part that I forgot to draw.

Yea haha....it didn't have tasmania on the map. I didn't play from the begining so I didn't see it ask for the country. That's much better though if you just tell it which country you're in cuz it makes it import safe. _________________

So Nintendo marked it with a SRP of $49.95. Sweet. Might go pick it up. I've played the demo of it and I was impressed with what I saw. _________________

I just picked it up the other day for $49.95, it's pretty good. Definitely worth the money. _________________

Its amazing at how many people are interested in this "game". People at work saw me "playing" it and had all sorts of questions, and most of them had seen it on the Today or Sunrise show. And just tonight I saw that Temptation was sponsored by the game. Nice show to plug the game, Nintendo.
But yeah, it's a nice little "game" to have a go at. _________________

So, just to clear this up, this title's still enjoyable for hardcore gamers rather than just for their mothers? I'm thinking of getting it (saw it cheap at DVDCrave), but the site's review and general impression from here make me think maybe it's a bit too lifeless to hold its own amongst Bleach DS/Tetris DS/other amazing DS titles. _________________

Yeah, GT. We imported it for $38 a few months ago and it's kinda fun. The structure of the game means that you have to play it on a daily basis to open up the other challenges, so it's got a built-in longevity factor. _________________ GAMEparents
