well, i wasn't going to answer because i don't have a quote to follow up with, but i will because i wanted to respond more to the mention of the books.

it's from Dune.

i read a few of the books, maybe 3 or 4, i can't remember how many there are anymore. i found the first few to be good to excellant reading, but then they got really weird, and ultimately hard to read, in a sensical POV. maybe it was because i was only 15 or so when i read them, they might make sense now, but yeah, just my 2c on them.

i haven't read the KJAnderson books though, he's a good writer (imo, from the Star Wars novels i've read) so maybe i should give them a go sometime.

I know the quote, it's a very common vegetarian phrase, don't know of any movies featuring it though.

I don't have an idea where that quote came from but just so you guys know the quote I had previously was from Hercules and the Amazon Women. One of the five TV movies made before the Hercules: Legendary Journeys aired.
