Slightly better than that "Ronnie John's Half Hour".
Slightly.
Is it just me, or is all Channel 10 Australian comedies full of bullshit? _________________

I laughed a few times, but nothing really special.. They could d better, but I guess it's better than nothing. The characters are a bit too put on and exaggerated to be funny most of the time. Kind of like a bad version of Thank God You're Here. _________________

I quite agree, I think it's a very good show, and quite funny at times. I've been watching it since it started. _________________

the concept of "thank god you're here" is quite good, but they just need better actors/comedians. Hamish was hilarious, but some of them just froze.
The Wedge was god awful. it won't last.
I thought Ronnie John's was quite funny, especially the Chopper sketches.
The Chaser's War on Everything is the funniest thing on australian TV at the moment for sure.

Whose line is it anyway?
Well, as long as it's the u.s. version. The only guy who makes the english version bearable is the black guy, all the others are your typical stilted brits.
And don't get me startred on the female 'comedians' they sometimes have on whose line.Don't get me wrong, women can do any job out there as well as any man.
Except being a comedian. _________________

Agreed.
Anyway, can't believe that Ten got rid of Futurama for The Wedge. I mean, that's just incomprehensible. _________________

The Wedge to me is more like Australia trying to make their own Litte Britain. Thats what I see. Multiple characters stemming from a few of the leads. _________________

the british version used to crap all over the US version, but it seems the series became somewhat censored and the comedians simply weren't as good as they used to be.
now the US version is far superior. _________________

The show is fine. Laughed a bit. But, was busy making dinner at the time. So, there were parts that I missed. _________________

In my opinion there will never be a comedy sketch show in Australia as good as Fast Forward and Full Frontal were.

That's it, I'm not watching this in protest now! Oh well, sounds like it'll be cancelled by the month's end and hopefully futurama will be bought back. Now bring on those new futurama DVDs!! _________________

I loved the Ronnie Johns half-hour, the Chopper and Paulie sketches especially.

Ronnie Johns isn't funny, the only funny segments are the Chopper ones, and it is NOT worth watching the rest of the show just to get 1 minute of laughter.
It was the same with The Wedge, I thought the Party segment was funny, the rest of it was total tripe.
Oh, and a big hush to you Jibbs, Full Frontal rocked. Australias best comedians were on that show, Micallef, Bana and the dude who would do John Howard, can't remember his name at the moment.
