^ exactly, i don't think we need a running commentary of what you're doing while you DON'T have the demo. just give a message when it DOES arrive.
i think i'll delete any "still waiting for it" or "am i getting the demo?" posts from now on.

Like I said - the post office had to bulk order the CD mailers. I should have them tomorrow, the demos will be sent Monday morning and you should have them tuesday / wednesday.

Actually it was surprisingly easy. They were stacked in 4 piles anyway, so I just put them all on top of each other.
BTW - I do now have a lot of extra Xbox ones, so if anyone wants one of those, pm me.

i also received my Black demo today. It might have arrived yesterday, but I finished work late, so didn't get a chance to check my po box until now. Haven't played it yet, coz the wife is bloody watching bold and the beautiful!

4. Game Froze.
Repeat steps 2-4 until frustrated. It appears the problems US gamers had with the demo have been repeated here.

I've heard that if as soon as the game starts you pause then restart the mission it should be fine. Tell me if it works and I'll send out an email to all the Xbox winners.

Well I got the demo, and found it was actually pretty difficult seeing as how I couldn't change the sensitivity.
Got the XBOX version and it only crashed when going to the menu screen and restarting mission.

Got it yesterday, played through a couple of times, ps2 version.
It's fun, I can give you that. Visually it's great, and aurally it's freaking amazing. But the gameplay just feels a bit flat. The destruction rocks, and the effects are nuts, but I can see this game getting old after a while because everything just goes boom constantly.
Meh, still damn fun though.

^ i've read a few reviews and that seems to be the consensus (at least, among those places that actually review the game, not the advertising budget).
starts really well, but it isn't maintained, or varied enough to be continually interesting.
i probably wouldn't have bought it anyway, FPS on console are teh suck.

Well I got my demo today and it keeps crashing about 3 seconds into the game. Whathedilly-yo? Suck too, because I changed my platform preference to the Xbox at the final minute
