Pfft, that case rocks.

Most of the people I knew saved themselves £5 and bought the normal, then they borrowed the special bits.

Anyways, why is anyone the least bit suprised?

I bought the Special Edition at Kmart on the 9th or 11th (can't remember when it was released) for $79. At EB you needed to pre-order and pay $99 for it.

I wonder how this legal action about the limited edition games cases will effect the price of oil.... i predict, they will rise.

Oh, and they still have heaps of limited editions available at my local K-mart,

Limited edition my ass, I've seen several in most game shops I've been in recently...

Nice to see someone suing the Big M though, wonder how far it'll go.

kinda funny that G&M are making such a huge fuss over a game package, im not saying they shouldn't fight, it was all legalised, stamped and filed apparantly, but please show some intellectual ability rather than ranting and raving..

I say,

Round 1...FIGHT

Will these same issues apply to the various other metal cases that have been made for 'limited' editions? (Doom 3, MGS 3...)

If they are correct then I say that they should fight for it, but bit odd that it took them this long to even consider it. I mean it has almost been a year for crying out loud...
