Pfft, that case rocks.
Most of the people I knew saved themselves £5 and bought the normal, then they borrowed the special bits.
Anyways, why is anyone the least bit suprised? _________________ [themak was here]

I bought the Special Edition at Kmart on the 9th or 11th (can't remember when it was released) for $79. At EB you needed to pre-order and pay $99 for it. _________________

I got it from $79 at EB, price matched.
Also saw the limited edition at JB yesterday.

I wonder how this legal action about the limited edition games cases will effect the price of oil.... i predict, they will rise.
Oh, and they still have heaps of limited editions available at my local K-mart, _________________ -Consoles-

Limited edition my ass, I've seen several in most game shops I've been in recently...
Nice to see someone suing the Big M though, wonder how far it'll go. _________________

kinda funny that G&M are making such a huge fuss over a game package, im not saying they shouldn't fight, it was all legalised, stamped and filed apparantly, but please show some intellectual ability rather than ranting and raving..

Will these same issues apply to the various other metal cases that have been made for 'limited' editions? (Doom 3, MGS 3...)
If they are correct then I say that they should fight for it, but bit odd that it took them this long to even consider it. I mean it has almost been a year for crying out loud... _________________
