Depends, if it's hand to hand combat, i'd go with Batman.

If other things are involved Bond can use one of his fancy gadgets to defeat the Bat-related superhero.

Batman.

As some may know, I have a small collection of Batman comics that date a ways back. And in each one of those comics Batman kicks ass. He also has more money and more toys that Bond. And hell, I can’t forget to mention Vickie Vale. WOW!
