Skype coming to the PSP

PSP Rumour | CES to provide the reveal?
The 2008 Consumer Electronics Show runs from January the 7th to January the 10th in Las Vegas. Generally the game announcements made there are relatively small but Sony seems to have a trick up their sleeve with the company updating their CES website to state that the PSP will eventually support Skype's online communication service.

Under system features it is stated that PSP owners are able to "call friends, talk trash to fellow gamers or catch up with acquaintances via Skype for PSP". Free calls via Skype? Where do we sign up?

Oh please, leave Skype to mobile phones as most phones on the market today (good ones anyway) can do this for free too. How about Sony, you make some original and good PSP games instead of leaving it to third parties to make rubbish toned down PS2 ports.

Your selling a crap load of hardware and no software, so Skype? The obvious answer.

While they aren't favoring PSP over Ps3 that much in terms fo software they haven't abandoned it completely and any way I would blame third party developers for all of those crappy ports.

On another side, how long until this service also comes to Ps3 so they can expand that whole PSP - Ps3 link they are going for?
