New God of War: Chains of Olympus screens

PSP News | Embrace your inner Greek.
Sony has sent through a bunch of new screens from their upcoming PSP title God of War: Chains of Olympus. The new screens detail the Helios level - Helios being the Greek god personifying the Sun. We don't know a lot about Helios' role in the game, but one can assume he probably got on the wrong side of Kratos, and is looking for a beating. The new screens can be found in the Media Panel.

In God of War: Chains of Olympus, Kratos will journey to lands that no mortal has ever walked upon. With the world plunged into eternal darkness and the Gods rendered powerless, Kratos will face the most feared creatures of Greek mythology, and ultimately be forced to choose between his own personal redemption and saving the ancient world from certain destruction.

God of War: Chains of Olympus is due for release in Q1 of 2008. In the meantime, why not take a gander at our recent preview of the game?

"Embrace your inner Greek" and "but one can assume he probably got on the wrong side of Kratos, and is looking for a beating" surely won me over. Thanks for bringing a smile to my face Matt
