Earthworm Jim images poke out of the ground

Atari has revealed some of the first in-game images of the sure-to-be favourite PSP title Earthworm Jim. Atari has the rights to the Earthworm Jim series for the next five years, so this title is likely to be the first of many above-ground adventures for Jim.
The PSP version is being developed by Shiny (who developed the original EWJ games, but are now unfortunately best known for their work on the two Matrix titles) and is a action sidescroller with entirely new moves and locales. The game will also include a few two-player modes, though we've received no information on that front yet.
