Need for Speed Most Wanted Images

PSP News | A reason not to buy Underground Rivals?
EA has released the first PSP images of it's upcoming Need for Speed title, Need for Speed: Most Wanted. Whilst we've been treated to screenshots from the Xbox 360 version, there's been no sign of images for the PSP version before now.

And, we have to admit things are looking pretty good. This is interesting timing, as Need for Speed: Underground Rivals is officially released for the PSP in Europe and Australia tomorrow. We've included the images in the Media Panel. Most Wanted is set for release in November, and we advise you to check back tomorrow for one of the first reviews of Need for Speed: Underground Rivals.

is anyone else sort of meh about a new NFSU title?

it's a pity, i was really hyped for NFSU2, but it was crap and now i don't care about this title...

i hope it adds something new and lives up to it's "most wanted" title...

Yer ill be one to agree with the MEH on the NFS series. If they could do what the guys have done on the Burnout series. Not only changing little things, but those things they change turn the game right around and change the WHOLE gaming experience.

It seems with NFS they add little things, but it doesnt really change the games experience

I don't know about the 'MEH', but this title is catching my interest. One of my favourite modes from the need for speed series was those pursuit races, and now they're back, and looking very pretty too. I'll be wanting to get this on one of the next-gen consoles or the PC. That is if it doens't turn out like NFSU2.

One thing that they could do, which I want them to do is the ability to have damage in the game like NFS: PU and that the damage can be seen like in the later Burnout games.

I don't know whether car manufacturers would like to see their cars banged up as much as they do in Burnout. They've certainly slackened off the 'absolutely no damage' rule, but damage at burnout levels? That's pretty much a total wreck. It would be cool, but I doubt they'd agree to that.

They kind of did it in NFS: PU which was pretty cool!

Well I don't see how you can make that decision based on a previous game. icon_razz.gif

i was kinda over the NFS series before, then NFSU came along and got me right back in... but IMO NFSU2 was nothing new, it just made the game clumsier... so i hope they streamline it again...

i too, pursuit mode is perfect for the NFSU series... i just hope it's not merely tacked onto NFSU2
