E3 2005: Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex Confirmed

PSP News | Better than the PS2 version?
In a world without borders, terrorism knows no limits. Section 9 is back to give the cyber-terrorists a run for their money. Play as different members of Section 9 to solve the latest terrorist threat. Use Motoko’s agility, Batou’s strength, Togusa’s stealth or Saito’s sniper skills to investigate the mysteries of Berutarbe.

In a recent interview Bandai has said: We are proud to announce that Ghost in the Shell will feature wireless multiplayer action for up to four-players, including cooperative and competitive modes. Players can play as any Section 9 character over seven different stages.

The development team in Japan extensively researched European and American first-person shooter titles in order to create something exciting on the PSP. What makes this title different from all other FPS games is that it successfully incorporates the depth and intrigue of the Ghost in the Shell universe.
