i like the new avatars - pretti cool making them and i like how you can take "snapshots" to make your gamer pic.
i wish they would have improved video playback/codec support though.

there doesnt seem to be enough pop/rnb tracks that would appeal to younger people who like pcd (who dont have a song on the game???? but are promoting it)

Having someone like Alicia Keys would not be as good as having PCD.
Alicia Keys does not have any new material at the moment whereas PCD have new material and are getting exposure with their current single. PCD are more mainstream contemporary pop so that makes them more suited to promotion of a music game that will probably have alot of top 40 type tracks.
MS are obviously trying to draw a new type of audience since they are also getting PCD to trial the new Lips game.

A few people have mentioned littlebigplanet but after reading the wiki on it, it doesn't sound that interesting?
Does Singstar (as a whole) count as a first party title? Personally i think that is one of sony's biggest winners (especially since the other consoles don't have anything as popular like that).

im not sure whats wrong with the new look. i think it looks nice and brings the xbox to a more polished level (if you start using the PS3 and then come back to the xbox 360 you'll really notice the difference).
